BetterLoyaltyRewards terms of service

These terms govern your use of BetterLoyaltyRewards, a loyalty service operated by Northern Compass. By joining a shop's program or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What the service is
BetterLoyaltyRewards is the technology that runs an auto-repair shop's rewards program — points, digital loyalty cards, and reminders. The rewards themselves are offered and honored by each shop, not by us. A shop decides what its points are worth, and may change or end its program; we don't guarantee any particular reward.
Your account
Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account. A membership is personal to you and the shop you joined.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempting to earn or redeem points you didn't genuinely earn, no interfering with the service or other users, and no unlawful use.
Messaging
Text messages are sent only with your consent, on the terms in our messaging policy; reply STOP to end them. Message and data rates may apply.
For shops
A shop's subscription is billed through Stripe on the plan it selects, renews each period until canceled, and canceling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Shops are responsible for honoring the rewards they offer and for how they use their customers' information.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Northern Compass is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
